PORTRAIT F.A.Q.
Why do the portraits need to be done before school starts?
- The yearbook staff needs to have senior section pages submitted to the yearbook company by October 1st. Due to the amount of preparation needed to get the portraits ready, the only way to guarantee each portrait makes it into the yearbook is to have all portraits completed before school starts.
I am going to be away all summer… what do I do?
- We start taking appointments on June 1st. If you are going to be away all summer schedule your appointment before school ends in June.
What are your hours for appointment times?
- We offer flexible hours 5 days a week as well as evening appointments. If you have special circumstances please call after June 1st and we will make arrangements.
What about my eye glasses?
- It’s best to bring an empty set of frames or to pop out lenses from your glasses before the picture. If you choose to wear your glasses, a glare may require a retake or touch-up at your expense.
What is your retake policy?
- We do retakes at no charge, however, after your retakes we delete your first round of photos. If you want to be able to go back to your first photos you will have to pay for the sitting fee again.
Where is your studio located?
- Our address is 765 East Main Street (Route 1) in Branford. We are located right near the Branford/Guilford town line across from Flower Wonderland.
Do you offer touch-ups?
- We do offer touch-ups and can remove blemishes, acne, and even braces. There is an extra charge for this service and all retouch information will be included with your proofs.
